CXS NAOS HV garments expand the popular CXS NAOS collection with a high-visibility version suitable for workers in low-visibility conditions or environments where being seen is essential. Like the main collection, this version is characterized by unrestricted flexibility, comfort, and durability.
The CXS NAOS HV jacket and trousers are ideal for industries such as aviation, maritime, logistics, shipping, automotive, and construction.
CXS NAOS HV garments combine high-visibility yellow with segmented reflective stripes, meeting the requirements of EN ISO 20471, Category 1. Thanks to 4-way stretch construction, the material stretches in all four directions, allowing for easy and unrestricted movement. The high nylon content ensures quick drying of the garment. High-wear areas are reinforced with durable Cordura® fabric to protect against wear and tear. The CXS NAOS HV collection also features an ergonomic design, strategically placed ventilation in both the jacket and trousers, and numerous practical details.
Base material: 93% nylon and 7% elastane - This base material combines the durability of nylon with the flexibility of elastane, providing flexibility and comfort in movement.
Additional material: 100% polyester - The additional polyester material contributes to the overall strength and durability of the garment, while allowing for good moisture wicking and quick drying.
Cordura: 100% Nylon - Cordura, made from nylon, is known for its high durability and longevity, providing protection against wear and tear in exposed areas.
Weight: 220 g/m2 - The lightweight 220 g/m2 weight allows for mobility and comfort while working without affecting the overall durability of the material.
Standards: EN ISO 13688 - The material complies with EN ISO 13688, which guarantees its compliance with European standards for protective clothing, including requirements for construction, dimensions and labelling.
Men's high-visibility jacket with 5 cm segmented reflective stripes ensures visibility and safety at work. Thanks to the innovative 4-way stretch construction, which stretches in all directions, it provides maximum comfort and freedom of movement. High-wear areas are reinforced with CORDURA® fabric for long-lasting durability. The jacket has adjustable cuffs, a zippered chest pocket, two concealed chest pockets, and two side pockets, all with zip closures. Practical details include a pen pocket on the left sleeve, ventilation openings on the back and under the arms, an internal zippered pocket, and a breathable mesh lining. The right chest pocket features a removable ID card holder.
Men’s high-visibility trousers with a modern, slim-leg cut and 5 cm segmented reflective stripes for maximum visibility. The 4-way stretch material adapts to movements in all directions, ensuring comfort and freedom of movement. The trousers feature a flexible waistband that adjusts to the body and belt loops. They also come with two front pockets, two detachable tool pockets reinforced with durable CORDURA® material, a thigh pocket with a zipper and a removable ID card holder, a multifunctional side pocket, and two back pockets with CORDURA®-reinforced bottoms. Zippered ventilation at the back of the thighs enhances breathability, and the knees are reinforced with CORDURA® material with an option to insert knee pads. The lower leg area is also reinforced for longer durability. The trousers allow for length extension for taller individuals thanks to the EASY-PROLONG leg extension system.
